Do I need my RYT 200 before joining the 300hr?+
Yes. The 300-hour course is an advanced training designed for practising yoga teachers. You must hold a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification (from any Yoga Alliance registered school) to enrol. Upon completion, you become eligible for RYT 500 — the highest standalone Yoga Alliance designation.
Can I do the 200hr and 300hr back to back?+
Yes — many dedicated students complete both trainings in one trip to Rishikesh. We can schedule a short gap between batches for rest. You'd be in Rishikesh for approximately 53–55 days total.
What is the difference between RYT 300 and RYT 500?+
RYT 300 is the credential for completing the 300-hour advanced training. RYT 500 is earned by combining a completed RYT 200 + RYT 300 from Yoga Alliance registered schools — it is the most advanced professional yoga teaching credential Yoga Alliance offers.
Is Yoga Therapy taught in the 300hr?+
Yes. We cover foundational Yoga Therapy applications for common physical and mental health conditions including back pain, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, PCOD and knee injuries. This is not a standalone yoga therapy certification but gives you practical therapeutic skills for your teaching.
