Rishikesh is more ashram-disciplined; Goa balances discipline with enjoyment. Many students choose Goa if they want yoga training + Indian beach holiday in one trip.

What is Goa's yoga scene like?+

Goa — especially North Goa (Arambol, Morjim) — has a thriving international yoga community. You'll find kirtan nights, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, and yoga studios dotted between beach shacks and coconut groves. It's a genuinely yogic environment outside the school too.

Can I combine a Goa yoga training with a Rishikesh or Bali training?+

Yes — many of our students complete 200hr in Rishikesh and then do the 300hr advanced training in Goa (or vice versa) on the same India trip. We can help you plan back-to-back trainings across multiple locations with a gap for travel.
