What Travelers Say
I've been to 47 countries. The Valley of Flowers is the single most beautiful place I have ever seen. And Junegiri made the entire 14-day journey feel effortless.
Taj Mahal to Hemkund Sahib in two weeks — India in its full glory. The guide who took us through the valley knew every flower by name. Extraordinary experience.
The Jaipur addition was perfect. We went from Himalayan altitude to Rajput forts in 48 hours. India is overwhelming in the best possible way.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the Valley of Flowers bloom?▾
Peak bloom: mid-July to mid-August. The valley is accessible June through October, but the floral display is most spectacular in July-August. September has fewer flowers but clearer skies.
Is Hemkund Sahib at 15,190 ft safe?▾
Yes with proper acclimatization. Day 5 at Joshimath (6,150 ft) and Day 6 at Ghangaria (10,800 ft) are essential acclimatization steps. Altitude sickness medication (Diamox) is available and we carry a full medical kit.
Can I skip Jaipur and add more trek time?▾
Yes — we can swap Jaipur for an extra day at the Valley of Flowers, a side trek to Kuari Pass, or Varanasi. WhatsApp us for a custom version.
