Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World on the Ganga, is a year-round destination — but October through March offer the most comfortable conditions for yoga retreats, white-water rafting, camping, and spiritual exploration. Avoid July–August when the Ganga runs in heavy flood and most adventure activities are suspended.
